Summary: This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one available. There is a train that runs nearby 3-5 times daily at various hours of the day and night. The first night we stayed last fall, it was a bit of a surprise when we woke to its sound at 4 am but we got used to it and it didn’t even phase us after that. To get the quickest response, the best way to communicate with the host is by text. We’ve enjoyed our stay both last fall and again last week and plan to rent from Wendy again.

Summary: Very nice place. The only drawback is the train whistle, but even that takes on a charm of its own. We would definitely stay here again

Summary: My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice also. Check-in was super easy and because we came in at night it was very nice that the security lights came on when we came up to the house.
